Responsibilities
- Support the Benelux Value Engineering team on customer engagements.
- Collaborate with customers to identify their core business challenges.
- Execute proof projects to demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment.
- Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product innovations.
- Create reusable collateral and best practices for the Global VE Center of Excellence.
- Travel to the Benelux region to meet clients in person.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Valuable work or internship experience in relevant fields.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Exposure to process mining principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel to the Benelux region.
