Base Salary
$120k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect AI agent behaviors for browser-based compliance workflows.
- Build backend systems and ship end-to-end product features.
- Optimize ML pipelines and develop deep research workflows that reduce hallucinations and entity confusion.
- Build systems for computer vision, DOM understanding, distributed inference, caching, queue orchestration, and self-healing data pipelines.
- Process risk signals across millions of transactions and thousands of entities with sub-second decisions.
- Own features vertically, communicate technical tradeoffs, and deliver robust systems for financial institutions.
Requirements
- Experience solving technical problems end-to-end and owning features vertically.
- Ability to build backend systems, optimize ML pipelines, and ship product features.
- Strong quality focus, including handling edge cases and building robust error handling.
- Interest in pushing AI agent capabilities and experimenting with current models and agentic workflows.
- Ability to communicate clearly, make technical decisions with limited information, and work effectively with minimal process.
- Willingness to complete a technical screening or take-home, deep-dive technical interview, and short paid in-person trial.
