Responsibilities

  • Engineer, harden, and operate large-scale, multi-domain Active Directory environments.
  • Lead Active Directory consolidation and domain rationalization across enterprise, eCommerce, and business-unit directories.
  • Operate and enhance RadiantLogic Virtual Directory Services for federated and multi-source identity use cases.
  • Define and enforce identity security baselines, RBAC models, Tier 0 controls, and privileged account separation.
  • Integrate Active Directory with PIM and PAM platforms and eliminate standing privilege through time-bound and just-in-time access.
  • Design and operate synchronization between Active Directory and Entra ID, including cross-tenant identity governance.
  • Automate identity governance, monitoring, remediation, compliance reporting, and lifecycle accuracy.
  • Reduce directory and tool sprawl while maintaining service reliability and business continuity.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable engineering patterns and documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience engineering and operating large-scale Active Directory environments.
  • Deep expertise in Active Directory architecture, trusts, replication, DNS, PKI, multi-domain and multi-forest designs, security hardening, and recovery.
  • Experience with RadiantLogic Virtual Directory Services.
  • Experience implementing or supporting RBAC, PIM, PAM, privileged account separation, and Tier 0 controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale IAM or directory services teams.
  • Experience integrating Active Directory with Entra ID or Azure AD in hybrid or cloud-first environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with identity governance automation, non-human identity management, continuous compliance, cross-tenant identity models, directory consolidation, legacy system retirement, or M&A identity integration is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field, and/or equivalent work experience.
