Base Salary
$195k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable AI applications for Aircall’s customers.
- Build capabilities across agent context, agent infrastructure, MCP, and agent memory.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and infrastructure engineers as well as product and leadership teams.
- Participate in requirements analysis and system design.
- Deliver backend systems with strong security, scalability, availability, and performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend development experience using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
- Experience or knowledge of AI, including LLMs such as GPT, Mistral, Llama, and Claude.
- Experience developing with LLMs through usage and prompting.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen.
- Knowledge of AI architectures including RAG and reranking.
- Strong security awareness in engineering work.
- AWS production experience and knowledge of designing, deploying, and optimizing AWS services is preferred.
