Responsibilities
- Design and develop tax technology solutions using full-stack .NET technologies.
- Develop and test applications throughout their logical life cycles.
- Estimate technical effort, define work breakdown structures, assess risks, and identify solution approaches.
- Monitor adherence to methodologies, tools, and KPIs.
- Manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, peers, and teams.
- Contribute to application development and engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices.
- Identify problems proactively and lead appropriate solutions when needed.
- Provide supervision and direction to team members and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, BE, BTech, or MCA, or equivalent work experience.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in full-stack .NET development.
- Experience with .NET, .NET Core, MVC, single-page applications, design patterns, TypeScript, Angular or Vue, Web API, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET.
- Experience with SQL commands, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
- Exposure to third-party controls such as Telerik or Kendo UI.
- Working knowledge of development methodologies and version control using Git or TFVC.
- Exposure to CI/CD, microservices, and the Azure cloud platform is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills in designing, developing, and implementing applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Tax or finance domain knowledge is advantageous.
- A master’s degree and management experience are preferred or advantageous.
