Base Salary
$93k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for mission-critical NSA-certified cybersecurity and encryption devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams working with custom hardware and high-speed data systems.
- Translate CONOPS, specifications, and requirements into software design, code, test plans, testing, and debugging.
- Support long development lifecycles, product maintenance, and regular technology refreshes.
- Define work scope, schedules, and expectations while providing technical direction and leadership when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field.
- At least 6 months of work experience.
- Department of Defense TOP SECRET security clearance required at the time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information are required.
- Preferred experience includes real-time multithreaded embedded software, Linux, model-based development with Rhapsody, object-oriented C++ programming, UML, ARM virtualization extensions, hypervisors, and device drivers.
- Preferred capabilities include software design, testing and debugging, integrated development environments, version control, defect tracking, and scripting.
