Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate end-to-end AI deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear technical blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure deployment readiness.
- Use code development, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical issues and accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Drive and track initial and ongoing adoption of enterprise AI solutions through to business outcomes.
- Identify new enterprise AI use cases during project execution and promote sustainable product usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience in systems design or reading code such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred: experience working directly with core product or engineering organizations on infrastructure or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred: experience managing technical delivery strategies and debugging systems.
Benefits
- Spain base salary of €70000–€71500 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
