Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation workflows and write unit, integration, and system tests.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure work is rigorously designed, well coded, performant, and high quality.
- Push and maintain code in production and provide production support.
- Measure and debug performance bottlenecks across a suite of products.
- Ship features end to end across frontend, backend, CI, and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2+ years of industry experience.
- Solid understanding of cloud security practices.
- Experience building full-stack cloud applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience with REST, SQL, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, message brokering, and Docker.
- Understanding of writing unit and integration tests.
- Strong technical documentation skills, including architecture diagrams and sequence diagramming.
- Terraform, GitLab CI, Go, and GraphQL are nice to have.
