Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and execute security programs to mitigate security risks.
- Convert insights from security assessments into actionable security programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and operationalize security controls.
- Establish measurable metrics to track the performance of security initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build trust across teams.
- Support security innovation and proof-of-concept processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on security objectives.
- Prepare executive reporting and status updates for leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security and/or technical program management.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Familiarity with networking, storage, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise with cloud-based services and infrastructure.
- Project planning and execution skills, including JIRA experience.
