Base Salary
$165k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Iterate rapidly on product features.
- Design ergonomic APIs and abstractions for complex resources.
- Implement features across the stack, including API, backend, and infrastructure.
- Fine-tune and deploy models to understand training workflows.
- Collaborate with model developers and research engineers to address post-training needs.
- Drive improvements for system reliability and development velocity.
- Address bugs and customer issues promptly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software application development.
- Deep knowledge of web stacks, databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience in developing developer tooling or infrastructure products.
- Strong product sense, especially for developer-oriented tools.
- Interest in ML/AI infrastructure and a willingness to learn.
- High agency and ownership mentality.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
