Base Salary

$138k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, test, and maintain scalable software solutions and modular agentic-system components.
  • Build and integrate agentic capabilities for intelligent automation and orchestration within business platforms.
  • Own individual workstreams and Jira stories while delivering high-quality code and features for AI/ML initiatives.
  • Containerize and deploy agentic components on cloud platforms, preferably AWS, using DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Apply agentic frameworks, LLMs, and GenAI techniques to assigned features and stay current with industry developments.
  • Document design decisions and implementation details, communicate technical concepts, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct testing and peer reviews while meeting code quality, security, compliance, resiliency, and responsible-AI expectations.
  • Use and help improve enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development and automation tools, validating generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing and delivering agentic system components or autonomous AI features in production environments.
  • Strong Python and Java programming skills focused on modular, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with LangGraph, Google ADK, AutoGen, and integrating AI capabilities into business processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams and deliver assigned workstreams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, secure-coding, and peer-collaboration skills.
  • Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating, validating, and refining AI-generated outputs.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resiliency and security expectations.
  • Preferred: experience with LLMs, GenAI, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic design patterns, orchestration, workflow automation, and evaluating autonomous system features against business goals.
