Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable mobile end-to-end testing.
  • Drive adoption of shared testing tools, standards, governance, quality practices, and release-readiness gates.
  • Guide technical strategy for automation platforms, execution efficiency, recovery, reporting, diagnostics, and quality signals.
  • Build maintainable automation platforms, services, and integration tooling.
  • Improve test reliability and execution speed through sharding, retries, failure analysis, and flaky-test management.
  • Improve developer experience across Android and iOS testing workflows.
  • Mentor engineers through coaching, feedback, design reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on collaboration.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, Release, and Product stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Android and iOS end-to-end testing and CI/CD integration.
  • Experience operating large-scale mobile CI, device labs or farms, and release pipelines.
  • Experience with test reporting, analytics, quality data platforms, and automated test configuration.
  • Ability to define and deliver a clear mobile test automation vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Ability to communicate strategy and execution through documentation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-team adoption of tools, processes, standards, and quality gates.
