Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Perform technical analysis and solution design.
- Own features end to end from development through deployment and production support.
- Develop and maintain third-party system integrations.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, production monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI tools for coding, analysis, debugging, testing, and improving development productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high ownership, independent working ability, and commitment to high engineering standards.
