Base Salary
$163k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and front-end engineers to iterate rapidly and solve product challenges.
- Own features from inception and design through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Support and own the Payments & Partnerships domain.
- Use AI- and LLM-powered tools to improve developer productivity and experimentation.
- Produce clean, testable code and maintain a high level of quality and test coverage.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of proven backend development experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Java, Kotlin, or similar languages such as Python or .NET.
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience developing in highly distributed, cloud-based environments is advantageous.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
- Experience with relational databases and strong SQL skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively across diverse domains.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
