Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of full-stack products from frontend to backend.
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.
- Design and implement secure, reliable, and maintainable APIs and backend services.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions with product teams.
- Present delivered features and technical solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct peer code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Lead non-functional improvements including technical-debt reduction, performance optimization, and API documentation.
- Help define engineering strategy, standards, practices, and approaches across teams and client engagements.
- Mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Strong professional full-stack development experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with testing frameworks, unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing strategies.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, system design, maintainability, and code quality.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and contributing to delivery planning and estimation.
- Strong technical decision-making, problem-solving, communication, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- A mentor mindset and passion for developing other engineers.
- Cloud platform, CI/CD, or DevOps experience is beneficial; exposure to NoSQL databases, microservices, or event-driven architectures is desirable.
