Base Salary
$70k - $85k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects and tasks under senior team guidance.
- Support development and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
- Develop and support Power Automate flows for business processes, integrations, and automations.
- Troubleshoot issues, support existing applications, and implement enhancements with guidance from senior developers.
- Translate clearly scoped business requirements into technical solutions and apply foundational problem-solving techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Foundational awareness of Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps and Power Automate development concepts.
- Basic understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and data modeling.
- Exposure to or coursework in JavaScript, C#, or related programming languages.
- Basic analytical skills for supporting the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
- No prior professional experience required; relevant internships, academic projects, or coursework are a plus.
- Preferred: awareness of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure DevOps.
- Preferred: familiarity with Power BI reports and datasets, DAX measures, and data models.
- Preferred: knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, or data warehousing concepts.
- Preferred: exposure to agile delivery environments and Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
