Base Salary
$93k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain efficient backend software components using development best practices.
- Design and develop software applications aligned with business objectives.
- Implement unit and integration testing frameworks for software validation.
- Document software design, development, and deployment procedures.
- Analyze integration needs and plan system architecture against technical specifications.
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot software issues and improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates to maintain engineering standards.
Requirements
- Junior backend software engineering experience with Python or PHP.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework, equivalent experience, or extensive related professional experience also considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively, learn new technologies, and apply software development practices.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
