Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Champion long-term technical excellence and align engineering teams on best practices.
- Architect and implement scalable systems for processing billions of data points.
- Lead schema design and data flow architecture collaboratively.
- Drive end-to-end investigations for incident response and root cause analysis.
- Build strong relationships with partner teams to solve cross-team problems.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to product quality through feature development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with staff-level responsibilities.
- Proven full-stack engineering background with experience in scaling distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency with gRPC/protobuf, RESTful APIs, and contract-driven development.
- Experience integrating complex partner APIs and building data pipelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
