Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI solutions for the global ECM team from prototype through production.
- Build Copilot agents, declarative agents, and custom copilots on Microsoft 365.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation over enterprise document repositories, including chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, grounding, citations, and answer evaluation.
- Run business workshops, assess AI suitability, define success metrics, design solutions, and manage implementation, handover, and support.
- Build document-processing pipelines for classification, metadata extraction, summarization, and validation of technical documents, transmittals, and drawings.
- Integrate AI services with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration tools, Jira/Confluence, document management systems, and automation tooling.
- Perform development, prompt and model evaluation, testing, release closure, documentation, and cost and consumption tracking.
- Monitor and improve delivered AI solutions using quality, drift, telemetry, and user-feedback data.
- Apply responsible AI practices including data protection, permission-trimmed grounding, sensitivity labels, human review, and auditability.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
- B.Tech, B.E., or MCA qualification.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, function and tool calling, agent orchestration, and output-quality evaluation.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Document Intelligence, AI Search, Copilot Studio, declarative agents, and Graph connectors.
- Programming experience with Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and PowerShell.
- Experience with React, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
- Experience working with REST APIs, MCPs, JSON, and unstructured or semi-structured content at scale.
- Knowledge of requirements engineering, software design, and architecture fundamentals.
- Business English proficiency sufficient to conduct workshops and meetings and write documentation and specifications.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, MLOps/LLMOps, Java, Jira, external platform integrations, responsible AI, EU AI Act requirements, enterprise data governance, and Microsoft 365 administration.
