Responsibilities
- Design and implement production AI/ML pipelines, model workflows, orchestration systems, and integration components.
- Explore, profile, clean, transform, and validate enterprise data to improve model quality and reduce delivery risk.
- Define success metrics with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, then execute testing and evaluation approaches.
- Lead quality activities including discovery workshops, documentation, requirements monitoring, release evidence, and operational handover.
- Monitor launched solutions, assess their impact, and improve, scale, or redesign operations as needed.
- Develop agentic AI solutions and support automation, reliability, and delivery processes.
- Manage and develop engineering talent, set goals, and ensure delivery of secure and scalable cloud services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering complete AI and machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, including enterprise data profiling, transformation, and validation.
- Experience taking AI or ML solutions through data validation, prototyping, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Understanding of machine learning methods, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and modern AI application patterns.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, scripting, and delivery optimization.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, make technical decisions under uncertainty, and communicate technical trade-offs and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building AI applications, intelligent workflows, copilots, or agent-based solutions is preferred.
