Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted client advisor and provide industry best practices.
Lead requirements gathering as a Salesforce platform expert.
Design and architect Agentforce-powered user experiences and Salesforce solutions.
Develop client strategies and roadmaps covering immediate wins and longer-term goals.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions and provide input on infrastructure, detailed designs, and project plans.
Use Salesforce AI and service technologies to build and optimize client solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams in creating rich end-user experiences.
Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
Track new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.

At least 3 years of customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping experience.
At least 5 years of CRM industry experience.
Experience gathering requirements and architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
Experience writing GenAI prompts and hands-on experience with Agentforce, another generative-AI platform, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Next Best Action.
Ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems and connect outcomes to business value through storytelling.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and use flow-charting tools such as Lucidchart.
Preferred experience defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
