Base Salary

$141k - $212k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud-edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements.
  • Design and implement small software features for products and systems.
  • Perform coding, unit testing, minor debugging, integration, regression testing, and issue triage.
  • Assist with code reviews and collaborate with project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Write technical documentation for software projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 4+ years of software engineering or related work experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 3+ years or a PhD and 2+ years.
  • 2+ years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Preferred: 4+ years of experience with database management software.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience with APIs.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Git, Perforce, or a source code management system.
