Base Salary
$70k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects, customers, and internal partners to identify important clinical and operational workflows
- Translate workflow insights into end-to-end solution proposals and reusable solution patterns
- Build Canvas plugin MVPs using AI- and agent-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
- Develop and deploy agents with prospective customers during sales engagements
- Demonstrate prototypes using event-driven design, handlers, and effects, and iterate based on prospect feedback
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, implementation, engineering, and product teams on proposals, handoffs, and feedback
- Track quality signals such as proposal-to-close flow, prototype adoption, and prospect feedback
- Progressively own lower-complexity engagements and parts of the solution lifecycle independently
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, UX, Applied Data, or a related discipline
- Hands-on comfort with AI and agent-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code and similar tools
- Deep interest in healthcare technology, EMR systems, healthcare automation, and provider workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex contexts into clear proposals
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and work across growth and technical teams
- Comfort learning and working with modern SDKs, APIs, and plugin-based architectures
- Formal software development experience or coursework, including Python, JavaScript, or similar, is preferred
- Exposure to SDKs, frontend/backend integrations, plugin architectures, healthcare data workflows, standards, provider-facing tooling, solution proposals, specifications, or technical mockups is preferred
- Prior customer-facing technical experience through internships, support, or technical project work is preferred
