Base Salary
$313k - $450k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of conversational chatbot products for enterprise and consumer use cases.
- Define the technical vision and own end-to-end delivery of production-grade conversational AI platforms.
- Drive experimentation, simulations, and continuous learning pipelines to optimize chatbot performance.
- Design multi-level intent routing, classifier training, and fallback strategies.
- Build dialogue quality evaluation systems.
- Drive automated bad-case discovery, A/B testing, and continuous iteration loops.
- Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of AI-powered solutions in the crypto exchange domain.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of industry experience.
- Deep understanding of industrial dialogue systems, including orchestration layers, intent classification, policy control, and fallback strategies.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale conversational products for business or consumer users in production.
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tier intent routing and training classifiers for high-accuracy task allocation.
- Experience building structured dialogue evaluation frameworks using automatic metrics, LLM-as-judge, and human review systems.
- Strong experience with automated bad-case discovery, logging systems, experiment design, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Experience in top-tier AI labs or leading technology companies is desirable.
- Experience in high-frequency trading, fintech, Web3, or crypto platforms is advantageous.
- Startup or research-intensive environment experience and comfort operating with ambiguity and speed are preferred.
