Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management for conversational Chatbots products.
Drive experimentation, simulations, and continuous learning pipelines for Chatbot performance optimization.
Design multi-level intent routing, classifier training, and fallback strategies.
Build dialogue quality evaluation systems.
Drive automated bad-case discovery, A/B testing, and continuous iteration loops.
Ensure system scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of AI-powered solutions.

PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with at least 10 years of industry experience.
Deep understanding of the engineering complexity behind industrial dialogue systems.
Proven experience deploying large-scale conversational products in production environments.
Hands-on experience designing multi-tier intent routing and training classifiers.
Experience building structured dialogue evaluation frameworks.
Strong experience driving automated bad-case discovery and A/B testing frameworks.
