Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across client-facing interfaces and backend systems.
- Develop scalable APIs, integrate third-party systems and internal services, and optimize data streams for front-end performance.
- Own application functionality, performance, scalability, and reliable execution across the technology stack.
- Work with databases, manage data schemas, and write efficient queries.
- Contribute to a safe, collaborative, growth-focused, purposeful, values-driven, and diverse company culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and core software development principles.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with application architecture.
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB or Couchbase.
- Experience writing unit, integration, and API tests.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and service-oriented applications.
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure and containerization tools such as Docker is a plus.
