Responsibilities
- Shape the architectural direction for the React Native migration.
- Design and evolve the scalability of the React Native monorepo.
- Maintain and scale shared npm packages for cross-platform code sharing.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and assist in migration to Expo.
- Build robust tracing and dashboards for data-informed decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to review technical solutions and promote best practices.
- Lead efforts to improve application health and reliability.
- Facilitate architectural decision-making with appropriate documentation.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React Native and knowledge of iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in production environments.
- Proven track record of optimizing workflows for large engineering teams.
- Experience managing complex build configurations and monorepo architectures.
- Ability to operate autonomously and make sound technical decisions.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
