Base Salary
$115k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute on implementations and projects for customers.
- Perform detailed discovery with customers around their CRM usage and translate that to Outreach integration functionality.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Outreach technologies, advising stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to drive projects to completion.
- Distill information from various sources to inform complex configuration setups.
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
- Establish a thorough configuration testing plan with client technical experts.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years in a technical or support role.
- Proven ability to master new technologies and enact creative testing and troubleshooting processes.
- Ability to discover the feasibility of proposed solutions and suggest alternatives.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise-level customers to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with APIs, CRM integration, security, and privacy.
- Exposure to AI-enabled technologies and ability to configure AI functionality.
- Admin certification with a CRM like Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Expertise in working with a Sales Engagement Platform.
