Base Salary
$179k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define technical depth standards for AEs, ADs, and CEs across the buyer journey.
- Translate product launches into field-ready technical standards.
- Build and maintain a technical content library, including integration guides and API usage.
- Measure enablement impact using sales metrics and performance analytics.
- Calibrate AI call scoring to ensure it captures technical quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Management.
- Engage with customers during strategic technical interactions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in solutions or sales engineering, or senior technical account management.
- Deep knowledge of Pendo or a comparable platform, including APIs and data architecture.
- Ability to build and review integrations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience designing technical training programs for complex concepts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technical environments.
- Routine use of AI tools in workflow.
- Ability to evaluate enablement effectiveness using sales metrics.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a GTM organization.
- Fluency in buyer behavior and the enterprise buying process.
