Base Salary
$168k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build workflow automation and orchestration services to improve engineering productivity.
- Create shared developer platforms that help teams incorporate AI into their workflows.
- Design evaluation and operational frameworks for AI-enabled systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for their value to engineers and the business.
- Establish best practices for safe adoption of new capabilities.
- Contribute to technical direction and platform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building AI-powered developer platforms or workflow automation systems.
- Strong backend engineering experience with production systems.
- Experience designing APIs, services, and distributed systems.
- Strong system design and software architecture fundamentals.
- Ability to own projects from concept through deployment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
