Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with developers to improve production infrastructure operations
- Develop infrastructure and network best practices
- Participate in on-call operations and monitoring
- Document processes and procedures
- Create, maintain, extend, and operate the SDLC platform for building, testing, packaging, and deploying web and mobile services
- Measure and optimize system performance
- Provide primary operational support for large, distributed software applications
- Analyze production performance and uptime
Requirements
- At least 5 years of administration experience with AWS
- At least 5 years of experience in a high-performance, 24x7 SRE, SysOps, or DevOps team
- At least 5 years of experience with a version-control system such as Git
- Knowledge of one or more scripting languages, such as Python or Bash
- At least 2 years of Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
- Experience with pipeline-based SDLC automation using GitLab, Jenkins Pipelines, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools
- Experience delivering services via containers to AWS
- Experience in a security- and compliance-sensitive environment is relevant
- Working knowledge of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Linux, and SSH/SCP/SFTP
- PostgreSQL or other RDBMS maintenance experience is a bonus
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science is a bonus
- MLOps experience is a bonus
