Responsibilities
- Build a resilient and scalable Kubernetes-based internal developer platform.
- Automate cluster and infrastructure management.
- Implement progressive delivery and multi-stage deployment pipelines.
- Create self-service application lifecycle workflows.
- Lead large-scale technical initiatives across organizational boundaries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in engineering.
- Deep experience in Kubernetes operations and cluster management.
- Experience designing self-service platforms for development teams.
- Proficiency in automating cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with multiple backend languages, preferably Python, Go, or Typescript.
- Strong communication skills and technical leadership capabilities.
