Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, configure, implement, and technically support Oracle Fusion Procurement functions and related bolt-on applications.
- Provide advanced Tier 2/3 application support, root cause analysis, complex issue resolution, and enterprise application administration.
- Translate business requirements into enhancements, configure and test changes, maintain application security and permissions, and support users.
- Prepare test plans and test data, execute tests, analyze results, and correct code for compliance with requirements.
- Support SQL Server and Oracle databases, reporting, performance, backups, and data integrity.
- Manage SSL certificates and assist with cybersecurity threat and vulnerability remediation affecting applications and servers.
- Provide backend support for enterprise server environments and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
- Lead complex projects involving IT teams, departments, vendors, and consultants, while mentoring less experienced staff.
- Use Azure DevOps, IIS, and ServiceNow for development, deployments, incidents, and operational work.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to application standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent computer-related experience with at least 12 years of relevant, progressively responsible experience.
- At least 12 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Applications and Integrations.
- At least 5 years of application development and integration using Oracle APEX.
- At least 5 years of technical expertise with Fusion APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP, and OTBI Reports.
- Strong Oracle Fusion knowledge with significant Procurement module experience, including Procurement Services, iSupplier, Procurement Contracts, Procurement Sourcing, ESS Jobs, Flex Fields, Lookups, Value Sets, and Functional Setup Manager.
- Experience with Oracle SQL, BIP and OTBI reports and data modules, PL/SQL, Fusion APIs, and FBDI.
- Oracle EBS 12.1.3 developer experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud development, Financials and Project Management modules, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Business Process Module, and Java are preferred or additional qualifications.
- Experience using My Oracle Support, OTN, and other Oracle support resources.
- Strong application security, permissions, SSL certificate, vulnerability management, troubleshooting, testing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, technical documentation, organization, independent work, and deadline-management abilities.
- Must be a US citizen, possess a valid driver’s license, obtain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential, and meet physical requirements.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and comply with applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
Benefits
- Primary work location is the North Las Vegas facility on Losee Road.
- Work schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, subject to change.
- Pre-placement physical examination including a drug screen is required, and the workplace includes random drug testing.
- The position requires the ability to obtain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under Department of Energy and NNSA requirements.
