Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Test web products across browsers, devices, screen sizes, environments, and builds for functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Run end-to-end integration tests across connected products, shared flows, accounts, and features.
- Collaborate with engineers to prioritize critical bugs, write actionable reports, and support issue resolution.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, test plans, and other QA documentation.
- Analyze high-impact user-reported issues and incidents and share insights to improve the product and QA process.
- Fix small, low-risk issues independently when appropriate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on web application testing experience.
- Experience with cross-browser, responsive, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple products or services.
- Experience debugging with browser DevTools, including console, network, and performance tools.
- Ability to validate functionality across environments and builds.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineering, product, and QA teams.
- Proactive experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to navigate codebases, debug issues, and ship small fixes.
