Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build recommendation systems that predict candidate-job fit.
- Design AI agents to automate recruiter and operations workflows.
- Fine-tune models using proprietary hiring data.
- Create evaluation and simulation environments to enhance match quality.
- Define additional projects across matching, automation, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Track record of shipping full-stack AI/LLM features in production.
- Proficiency with modern AI/ML technologies, including LLM APIs and vector databases.
- Experience in a high-intensity, high-velocity environment.
- Demonstrated high ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
