Base Salary
$85k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate cloud services.
- Develop data ingestion and processing features for an exabyte-scale security data platform.
- Write reliable, testable code.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Work with distributed systems, Azure, and security engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree plus 1+ year of technical engineering experience, a master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining software applications or services.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, testing, software engineering fundamentals, and distributed systems.
- Collaborative teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Benefits
- Base pay is provided according to work location, with separate ranges for the general U.S., San Francisco Bay Area, and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
