Commercial Graduate Solution Engineering Path - Spanish Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Complete a 12-month rotational program covering Solution Engineering and Sales.
- Learn Salesforce solutions, technologies, and tools through structured onboarding, workshops, certifications, and assessments.
- Support the creation of customer demonstrations and learn customer discovery and compelling customer point-of-view development.
- Participate in sales prospecting, qualification, campaigns, and pipeline-building activities for the EMEA Sales organization.
- Engage with experienced Solution Engineering and Sales Development buddies and contribute to live deals and Salesforce lead outreach.
- Meet eligibility criteria and complete panel assessment requirements for potential promotion.
Requirements
- Be a 2025 or 2026 graduate with a minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Have an academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or an adjacent discipline.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving, relationship-building, curiosity, self-motivation, continuous-learning orientation, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and comfort in a goal-oriented fast-paced environment.
