Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand problems and design and implement data-driven solutions
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects with minimal supervision
- Deploy and manage Palantir software across varied hardware form factors, locations, and accessibility conditions
- Debug infrastructure, networking, and application issues
- Discuss architecture with engineers and collaborate with developers to improve Palantir products
- Engage customer executives and establish strategy for the team
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Experience with Docker or Podman containers and OpenShift or Kubernetes orchestration infrastructure
- Proficiency with Linux systems, networking, and on-premise infrastructure
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, Bash, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, and front-end frameworks
- Ability to understand how technical decisions affect users
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in rapidly changing environments
- Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Willingness and interest to travel approximately 25%
- Active US security clearance at or above the Top Secret level, or willingness to upgrade to Top Secret
