Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and software development best practices.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, performance, security, and data privacy.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in security and data privacy.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and data privacy regulations.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
