Responsibilities
- Map web page and copy production processes and build AI workflows that reduce cycle time and rework.
- Standardize requirements intake using templates, intake agents, and automated briefs.
- Build efficiencies in Contentful, its plug-ins, and connected tools with Web Platform engineering.
- Identify and fix bottlenecks in the web scrum process from prioritization through deployment.
- Help build AI-powered website experiences that improve visit-to-opportunity conversion.
- Build first-party web AI tools, including prompts and evaluations.
- Configure and improve third-party tools for on-site chat, data enrichment, voice AI, and personalization.
- Set public website AI guardrails in collaboration with Legal, Brand, and Privacy.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and monitor live tools.
- Build reusable systems, document playbooks, deliver demos and training, and host office hours.
- Help shape marketing AI standards and tools and advise on build-versus-buy decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in web operations, web production, CRO/growth, marketing technology, or solutions engineering, with recent hands-on AI-building experience.
- Experience shipping AI agents or automated workflows used by teams on a daily basis.
- Experience running or redesigning website production processes involving CMS, intake, review, and release; Contentful experience is preferred.
- Experience designing experiments and connecting website changes to pipeline outcomes.
- Experience with evaluations, monitoring, and guardrails for customer-facing AI.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams and experience training others on new tools.
- Ability to work independently and deliver end to end.
- Nice-to-have experience with on-site chat, chatbots, voice AI, personalization, LLM APIs, agent tooling, automation platforms, AI governance, accessibility, privacy, consent, and web-to-CRM lead flows.
- Experience with Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, MCP, RAG, Zapier, Workato, n8n, or Clay is advantageous.
