Responsibilities
- Build and test AI products using clean code, prototypes, and unit tests.
- Analyze datasets and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with an agile squad through standups and technical solution brainstorming.
- Use Confluence and Jira for collaboration and project work.
- Document systems, support deployments, and assist with production handoffs.
- Research new approaches and opportunities and incorporate them into solution designs.
- Prepare technical documentation for deploying and supporting completed systems.
- Provide estimates and status reports as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in artificial intelligence, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Available to work full-time for 35 hours per week during the Winter 2027 term from January through April.
- Must be an active student during the internship and returning to school in Summer or Fall 2027.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada throughout the employment period.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, Python, CI/CD, development design patterns, AWS, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Resume and university or college transcript are required with the application.
