Base Salary
$77k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze applications and code to identify system enhancements, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Design, install, support, test, and debug application systems and programs.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Identify and resolve application issues using technical experience and established precedents.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and serve as a subject-matter expert to stakeholders.
- Assess risk, maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, and escalate or report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an applications development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
