Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Evaluate emerging advances from hyperscalers, AI labs, academia, and venture-backed companies.
- Conduct technical assessments, benchmarks, and proof-of-concepts for emerging AI capabilities.
- Design, build, and validate end-to-end AI systems involving infrastructure, frontier LLMs, agentic and multi-agent applications, and physical AI pipelines.
- Lead technical delivery and hands-on integration of AI technologies in cloud, hybrid, edge, and disconnected customer environments.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and researchers, including design reviews and architectural decisions.
- Convert prototype learnings into reusable frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and technical artifacts.
Requirements
- Deep technical engineering experience and experience designing, building, and managing advanced AI systems.
- Experience developing AI prototypes, products, or high-visibility technical demonstrations.
- Experience leading technical exchanges and evaluations with commercial partners and executive stakeholders.
- Experience translating research into scalable, revenue-generating solutions and guiding R&D from concept through implementation.
- Ability to create technical roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience scaling AI systems to enterprise environments, leading multidisciplinary teams, building AI-driven businesses, driving innovation programs, and working with cloud-native AI infrastructure, MLOps, or large-scale model deployment.
- Preferred evidence includes AI thought leadership, published research, patents, conference presentations, and networks within AI research or engineering communities.
- Master’s degree preferred; doctorate in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field is a plus.
