Base Salary
$128k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and execute major autonomy releases, incremental updates, and safety patches.
- Manage branching strategy, versioning, and release cut processes.
- Drive release readiness and go/no-go decisions with cross-functional teams.
- Design and maintain internal tooling for release readiness and health checks.
- Investigate and resolve issues from software/hardware interactions.
- Develop understanding of sensor stack, middleware, and autonomy stack.
- Enforce stage-gated release framework.
- Integrate and interpret validation signals from various testing methods.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and build tracking tools.
- Support autonomy engineers in component integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in software or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Bash scripting.
- Basic to intermediate experience with SQL and data querying.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
