Responsibilities
- Apply software development practices and standards to build robust, maintainable software.
- Participate actively in every stage of the software development process.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions for clients across industries.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Experience or capability in software development, large-scale data analytics, algorithm optimization, and scalable solution deployment.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Ability to work directly with clients, guide non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
