Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain highly available systems for orchestrating software deployment across hundreds of production environments
- Solve current customer problems using a tight feedback loop
- Collaborate directly with other teams on cross-team problems
- Debug complex issues and performance problems throughout the stack
- Participate across the product lifecycle, from idea generation and design through prototyping, execution, and shipping
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Golang, or C++
- Familiarity with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration
- Experience developing and managing highly available distributed systems
- Experience building systems that meet monitoring, stability, and scalability requirements
- Experience building high-quality software in a fast-paced CI/CD development environment
- Ability to learn and work independently with minimal direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evolve complex systems
