$226k - $294k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead projects with the highest economic impact and visibility.
Develop systems that creators use to optimize their revenue within Roblox.
Implement personalization platforms to enable creators to optimize their economy.
Work with product, data science, and ML engineers to refine strategy and requirements.

5+ years of experience developing and supporting highly available, large-scale systems.
2+ years of experience leading large and complex projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Bonus: Experience working in the gaming industry, monetization, or personalization platforms.
