Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own critical components of AI-based text safety systems.
- Implement robust AI services to ensure text quality across Roblox properties.
- Advance AI systems infrastructure by developing frameworks and APIs for text filtering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions.
- Develop text safety quality metrics and evaluation tools.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance user and platform safety.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- A graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning VLMs, LLMs, or large multimodal models is a plus.
