Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for ML inference services.
- Build and automate realistic test account creations and datasets for model evaluation.
- Validate score distributions and model behavior prior to release.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing for inference services.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to ensure automated test coverage for features and bug fixes.
- Debug and analyze test failures and model anomalies.
- Drive quality standards with optimal test and automation strategies.
- Develop best practices for scalable and maintainable test automation.
- Monitor test execution and optimize performance in test environments.
- Innovate solutions to organizational problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as an SDET with strong backend testing experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or Go for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test execution in Jenkins or similar environments.
- Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Experience with cloud and container technologies like AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for validating service health.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
