Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives to manage complex deal cycles.
- Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept processes.
- Tune prompts and models for optimal AI performance.
- Build custom modules for successful customer launches.
- Design and present tailored demos based on customer needs.
- Develop implementation scoping documents for new customers.
- Build integrations with various transaction systems.
- Conduct technical discovery calls with customers.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to fulfill customer requests.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software for reliable performance.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in forward deploy engineering, sales engineering, or implementation engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline; computer science preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and highly motivated individual.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Golang, Typescript, and Python.
- Experience collaborating with Account Executives on technical sales processes.
