Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives on complex enterprise deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept processes.
- Tune prompts and models to achieve appropriate AI performance for clients.
- Build custom modules that enable customers to launch successfully.
- Design and present tailored demonstrations based on customer and business needs.
- Develop implementation scoping documents for each customer launch.
- Build integrations with transaction systems such as revenue, billing, and accounts payable systems.
- Conduct customer-facing technical discovery calls.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver customer requests and advocate for customer needs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, fix, and upgrade software for reliable production performance.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in forward deploy engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solutions engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; computer science is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort interfacing directly with customers.
- Proficiency in languages such as Golang, TypeScript, or Python.
- Proven experience collaborating with account executives on technical sales processes for enterprise customers.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to work proactively in a high-intensity, fast-paced startup environment.
