Responsibilities
- Partner with customers through the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate modern AI models using Oumi’s platform.
- Design scalable ML workflows with best practices in data preparation and deployment.
- Provide technical insights and translate research innovations into practical solutions.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to improve the platform based on customer needs.
- Develop technical guides, demos, and best practices for customer success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in applied ML, ML infrastructure, or solution/sales engineering roles.
- Solid understanding of machine learning workflows and experience with modern foundation models.
- Proficient in Python with practical experience in model training frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proactive learner willing to address knowledge gaps.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and own problems end-to-end.
