Responsibilities
- Partner with customers across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle through technical demos, proof-of-concept design, hands-on training, and model deployment.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate modern LLMs and other AI models using Oumi’s platform.
- Design scalable machine learning workflows covering data preparation, training, and deployment.
- Explain Oumi’s capabilities and translate research innovations into practical customer solutions.
- Surface customer needs and collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to improve Oumi’s platform.
- Create technical guides, demonstrations, and best practices for customers and the open community.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in applied machine learning, ML infrastructure, or solution/sales engineering roles.
- Experience training or fine-tuning modern foundation models, including LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal systems.
- Proficiency in Python and practical experience with model training frameworks and production LLM use cases such as RAG, agents, or agentic systems.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to learn independently, operate amid ambiguity, and own problems end-to-end.
